Unbelievably disappointing service, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I used United for a long time, they always seemed nice until one night where they ignored my calls. I rang twice just before my taxi was due to arrive, and they didn't answer. By the time I finally got through ten minutes after my taxi was due to arrive, the man that answered the phone (who was also aware that I was a regular customer) was very rude, and accused me of lying when I said I was outside. He blamed me for missing my taxi, even though I was outside waiting. He also refused to send another one because I had "missed my chance". I will never be using United again, their lack of loyalty, their rudeness and their lack of honesty really disappointed me.
