I wanted to do highlights which were already in my hair ...I booked appointment for 2pm ...it took Natalie (hairdresser ) 4hrs to do highlights and haircut and she ruined my hair by bleaching ...it clearly told her not to put blond colour in my hair but she dint listen to my ......my hair have gone really rough dry and brittle ...it have tried lots of treatments to improve the quality of hair but they look and feel so bad.....GUYS PLEASE NEVER GO TO STRAND HAIR DRESSERS ...U WILL REGRET
