My instructor's name is Naaz. She uses her phones while i am driving: calling/ texting. Naz lies and charge for an insurance for the test. She cancelled my test the day before my driving test.
Since I took lesson wit other instructor previously I am used to using hand brake. Naz didn't let me use handbrake at all. "you don't follow everything in the theory book because those rules don't apply to practical driving." Her lessons are not worth the money she is charging for. She mostly shows up 10min late and drop early.Yet, charge me for 1hr. Yet, she gets very upset if I ask why she is always late. She text me 'waiting'. but she won't be there. Mostly she won't give set of appointment. She would randomly text the day or an hour before asking me to book a lesson with her. If I don't reply immediately she scold me when she sees me. I don't understand why she expect me to go through my text all the time. Once she booked lesson with me & went on holiday without notifying me. I only find out after trying to contact her after she didn't show up for the lesson. 19-02-17
