I would not recommend this storage facility. We thought the CCTV was over all the site but in the compound our caravan was put, it was only on one of the gates. Within two weeks our jockey wheel was taken and replaced with a much older version. I found a side gate was open to anyone to just walk in and the staff were not aware. The manager refused to give any refund on 12 months monies paid so we kept the caravan there as we couldn't afford a second outlay. They do not appear to check the caravans at all l!!! We went for our caravan one weekend and found a metal corrugated roof had blown off a shed and it had hit, and damaged 4 caravans. We told the office and they had no knowledge. Twice we were blocked in to our pitch. Another time we went to get our caravan and were told a caravan had swung and they had made a note in the diary and would we check if it was ours. Apparently a caravanner had notified them that it was nearly hitting his caravan but they didn't know whether it was ours on the one on the other side and for us to let them know.
