We had a funeral booked in Welwyn Garden City but the funeral plan was a few hundred short. We promised to pay as soon as funds cleared, but they didn't clear until the day after the appointed day of the funeral. As a result, the funeral was cancelled the evening before. The parent company is dignity uk. Dignity? What dignity. The next day offered for the funeral is two weeks away. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. They said that it was 'disappointing'. What an understatement! 06-01-16
