If I could give less than one star, I would. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Firstly, after it gave the measurements of the replacement glass I needed, I was told I would get a visit first thing the following morning. FINALLY at 4:30pm, when Tom (one of the partners) and his colleague decided to arrive, they not only didn't apologise for the delay in their arrival, but they ARGUED with me over the measurements I gave them for the glass. Luckily my decorator was there to confirm I had given the correct detail on the phone the previous day. On their return the following day, I ensured my husband would be there to deal with Tom as he was extremely rude to me the previous day. When I came home to check on the job that afternoon, the paintwork around my whole window was completely ruined.

I phoned to make a complaint and Tom's colleague, who was quite nice on the phone, offered to come out and check the work. However Tom, who must be one of the most ignorant men I have ever met, then phoned me back to inform me that he did not ruin the paintwork and thought it appropriate to raise his voice and argue with me on the phone. At this point I told them to forget it.

To sum up - horrible experience, ignorant men and overall an extremely poor experience. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
