I would strongly advise using the repair centre, even though it is an insurance company approved centre. My brand new car had to be sent here for repairs after someone ran into the back of me and I can only describe the repairs as horrendously amateur. I feel certain that I could have done a far better job and I work in an office!!!! Every repair done was a joke, no panel of the car fitted back together as it should, rear window not fitted properly, paint work with lots of specks of dirt in it. Heartbreaking on a new car. I was insured through Churchill and I shall never have insurance with them again either. They have a very fancy website, supposed to show you every step of the repair and keep you fully up to date, this is rubbish, all just a show.
