It is now October 2015.
We have been waiting 15 months since the start of 2 new bathrooms for this company to rectify what they got wrong.
They started 15 months ago in July 2014. They said work would be finished in 3 weeks before we went on a 2 week holiday.
After ripping-out both old bathrooms, they then announced it would take longer than 3 weeks and would need longer to complete job.
We had to allow access to our house whilst out of the country on holiday (they always leave the house door wide open ).
Before we went on holiday, they flooded the downstairs (later needed complete redecoration including new carpets).
Work was still not finished on our return from holiday.
Then the real nightmare of dealing with this company started.
Basically, once they have your money (almost £20 000), they aren't interested in sorting anything.
The 'snagging' list was really repairing their mistakes (which includes connecting the hot water to the cold tap on the bath, and vice versa, and then saying that the only was to fix it is too tear-up the bathroom floor tiles - which they put in! This is difficult because of under-floor heating).
First, the extraction fans they fitted didn't work. They replaced these with fans which left the bathrooms sopping wet after use as they were pitifully underpowered, then when they replaced those ones, the replacement fans came on all the time of their own accord, even after the bathroom hadn't been used for over 24 hours. They STILL haven't fixed this problem and we have to physically turn the extractor fans on and off when using the bathrooms.
There are other issues but life is too short to bore you with all of them - I'm near the word limit and you get the message!
They don't contact you for months and are evasive when called.
Everything is done at their convenience, not the customer's.
It goes on and on - 15 months later, thousands of pounds down, downstairs re-decorated and STILL not finished.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
