I wish this would allow me to give a ZERO stars score!
AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! My dog was NOT looked after adequately at all. The owner will not accept any responsibility and has a disgraceful attitude! He seems to see no problem with my dog being returned to me with severe ear irritation which would definitely have turned into a full blown ear infection if we hadn't got him to the vets in time. Add to that, a puncture wound to his lip which keeps bleeding, around 2kg weightloss, and also his totally matted fur with dreadlocks, as a result of his bath by these so-called professionals.... And the owner of Greencourt kennels thinks this is an acceptable condition to return a dog in? My advice... STEER WELL CLEAR!! 05-11-15
