I found this person online. He falsely charged my £670 for a job worth of £20 (which was completed later on at this price by an officially registered plumber).

He is under investigation by the legal enforcement authorities for the following:

1- He has provided a substandard service that caused damage to the property
2- He put the life of the residents at risk because of his poor work
3- He is not registered with the professional bodies (BEWARE!)
4- He has been requested to repay the false illegal charge but it is a few months that he comes with the following excuses:
I am abroad
I am paying the money it will soon be your account
I have got flue

5- The standard trading agency / legal authorities are investigating him

He was extremely untruthful in my experience you can try on your cost!
