I went with my brother and sister in law to get their bathroom sorted but never again would I recommend anyone go to this place, staff are terrible grumpy and rude, Andy his about the best one there even delivery of bathroom suite my brother and sister in law had to help the man on the van they are terrible don't buy from there beware Mrs mainwood Tipton

I spent over 2,000 on my bathroom material and suite from interia. I can quite simply say that the items I saw in the showroom and the ones that were delivered it does not take a genius to work out the contrast. The bath was 4 mil in thickness where as in the showroom it was 7 mil .the bath was very fragile and flimsy. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from here until you are totally sure what you are buying.trying for a Refund or exchange is like trying to push a mountain. Every time I would go to the shop I was told we can't do anything the boss is not in. They would offer a lame excuse and say the boss has the refund card.no customer service very unfriendly and grumpy staff.
