I was not impressed when, after booking my car in for an MOT, I was kept waiting for over an hour. After the MOT , I was immediately quoted for unnecessary additional work. I booked my car in for repair 5 days before and asked for the work to be completed by 1pm. However, when I took the car in at 9am as arranged, I was told that they were busy and would struggle to complete the work. They did complete the work by 12.55pm.
I feel that the repair work was overpriced and, having since shopped around, this has been proven.
To add insult to injury, only 4 hours after my MOTwas issued, I received a text asking me to book in for additional work. I would not recommend this garage to my worste enemy.
