Kind and committed staff who genuinely try their best with limited budgets.

Awful maintenance, from exposed live 240v wiring to broken glass and trip hazards in the 'garden' , ironically for 'customers' who are 'lock-in' and deemed to unsafe to return to their homes by social services.

Management are deceitful, lying, money grabbing filth. Don't be fooled by their apparent charm.

Any CHC funding application will result in the 'customer' being in perfectly good health, despite, contradictory, being far to ill to safely return to their home. WSCC social services have them firmly in their pocket ;)

If you are able to remove a parent from this madhouse, get any 28 day notice agreement in writing. any verbal agreements will not be honoured and will result in another 2k bunce .

Any DoL (deprivation of liberty) they will ignore the law,
and will not serve appropriate papers on the 'victim' as reqired under MCA 2005 .

Great staff, awful management, terrible health and safety and an air of clinical depression from all the unfortunate residents/ prisoners..

Brendan o' Neill Mother Cynthia o' Neill resident for 12 months on 'respite' after being snatched from her house by social services.
