They are not based in Huntingdon, but Somersham, several miles away. The 01487 dial code isn't the code for Huntingdon, which is 01480, and the address given is basically a lie: The Trundle is in Somersham, not Huntingdon.
They damp proofed part of my house, and while the work itself seems good enough, they've yet to provide the guarantee they promised, while there was no itemised breakdown of work done in the bill. I had saved them some time and therefore myself some money, or so I thought. They charged me the same amount anyway, by saying that other aspects of the work had cost more. Came to the same amount as the original charge. Curious co-incidence, that.....
Oh - and kept me waiting two months longer than originally stated, without a single word of apology, only "These things happen." They like to play mind games, thinking they have a hold on you & preying on your fears over the structural safety of your house. Don't let them, and insist on a breakdown of prices for work they intend to do BEFORE they do it. Say you expect a reduction in costs for every week they keep you waiting AFTER the date they say they'll start, and demand to know WHY they're so reluctant to guarantee work they themselves have done. 4 out of 10 at best.
