If you're after a salon hair do then this isn't the place to go, substandard hair salon , they ask you what you want then give you something completely different, I don't think they ever offered to show me a colour chart, their trainee hairdressers are horrendous and cannot complete even the most basic of tasks such as washing your hair, uncomfortable environment,15 year old boys who can't wash or dry hair properly, will not visit again ,would rather spend double the money and walk out feeling great rather than feeling my nan has done my hair , sorry guyz n Dollz but u r not up there with the more professional salons
