Never has appointments never answer the phone constant engaged tone been with the doctors for years and was taken off for no reason other than couldnt get an appointment 15 mins on the phone with the engaged tone as usual they need more slots and at quarter past you get through and they say if you can get to speldhurst we have appointments changing my doctors asap dont see how they got great surgery award when they dont do anything
