I would not recommend this company and would encourage anyone considering using them to opt for a more reputable company. We booked with them for a University conference and paid the driver in cash on the day when he picked us up, as instructed by the company. Our university sent a second payment to them in error and they are refusing to return the money to us. They have claimed that we never made a cash payment to them however despite this they picked us up two days later for the return journey. They have been extremely unhelpful and it appears that their coach driver has stolen the payment which we made in cash. The matter has now been referred to the Police and I look forward to seeing the company along with its driver in the courts.
