DO NOT USE

This company let six teenage girls down on their prom. When they were running late we called them and they said they would be 5-10 minutes. 25 minutes later they still hadn't arrived, or bothered to call us. We phoned again to be told by the driver that he had "broken down" in a petrol station. He offered to send another but by the time that would have arrived they would have missed most of their prom. This was a once in a lifetime special occasion for them and Essex Limos Ltd. ruined it. Took a week to get refund back but we were left with driving them to and from the event last minute. Don't give them your money, try and find a company who cares about their customers. Thank goodness this hadn't been a wedding.
