Appalling services form David himself! £200 over 6 months for the team to rectify their color error. Each of the stylists were lovely girls but unfortunately after the third attempt and such stress on my hair, i was told by David that he did not have the time and would rather partially refund me. After a lot of attitude from the owner himself and reluctantly agreeing to a full refund, he then refused to tell me when he would refund and hung up the phone. Thank you Lucy for helping resolve. I am not shy to pay more than the average for a glamorous salon and great service, however i would not recommend this salon due to the lack of accountability of error and childish management approach!
