RIP OFF WITHERNSEA!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
THIS ROGUE (ROOFER???????????) DOESN’T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING! BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL END UP BEING RIPPED OFF AND HAVING TO CALL A REAL ROOFER TO RECTIFY THIS CLOWNS BODGE JOB!

IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE ME CONTACT EAST RIDING BUILDING CONTROL!!! HE’S APPARENTLY BEEN DOING THIS FOR OVER 30 YEARS. DONE NUMEROUS RE-ROOFS AND BUILDING CONTROL DON’T EVEN KNOW WHO HE IS!!

WHY IS THAT? BECAUSE HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE NOTIFYING BUILDING CONTROL WHEN HE IS DOING A RE-ROOF SO THAT THEY CAN INSPECT IT AND SIGN IT OFF.

BUT HE HAS NEVER NOTIFIED BUILDING CONTROL WHEN HE IS DOING A RE-ROOF!! AND WHY IS THAT?? OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE HE DOESN’T WANT THEM TO KNOW HOW BAD A BODGE MERCHANT HE IS, AND THE FACT THAT HE DOESN’T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!

WHAT HE DOES KNOW THOUGH IS HOW TO RIP PEOPLE OFF! IN PARTICULAR ELDERLY PEOPLE!!!

BY THE WAY IF YOU HAVE ALREADY HAD A RE-ROOF DONE BY THIS JOKER AND OBVIOUSLY DON’T HAVE A COMPLETION CERTIFICATE, YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WHEN YOU COME TO SELL YOUR HOUSE!!

OH AND HE KEEPS TRYING TO DELETE MY REVIEWS. I WONDER WHY????

HERES A BRIEF OVERVIEW

He insisted I needed a new roof despite my survey stating it just needed repairing. He lied to me that ALL of the rafter ends were rotten& needed replacing. He came to do the job &then said they were ALL OK &just needed the fascia board nailing back on? He then insisted ALL of the lats were rotten &needed replacing. I disagreed &paid for 3 rows of replacement lats. He replaced 1. Basically CONNED out of £2,060. Never received an invoice, for a few hours work& approximately £50 in materials, for a complete& utter bodge job. After the initial job I had to call him back 2 other times for missing slates,incomplete pointing,chimney flashing that was never correctly done. I was still left with incomplete pointing (the pointing that was done has since come out in big chunks. The mix must have been about 20 parts sand to 1 part cement because when I ran my finger over it you just get a sandy residue. Ironically I even gave him a bag of sand and cement),slates that were loose and fixed with mastic and not nailed down, a down pipe that was never installed. After a heavy down pore I had water streaming down my chimney due to“not fit for purpose”flashing.Eventually I had to put it right myself, cost £500 approx& over 2weeks to do it. HE’S REFUSING TO REFUND OR RESPOND!

When I first contacted him by phone, he ranted down the phone calling me a “silly cu*t, and a silly bas**ard, before putting the phone down. I then attempted to contact him again to let him know that the flashing he had installed was obviously not working as I had water streaming down the chimney. He had a couldn’t care less attitude and when I requested that he come and see me to sort it out he again put the phone down. The last time I made contact I sent a text to ask for the invoice that I never received and I got a message from someone, probably him but said it was Chris. Chris said that Kelvin brayshaw was soon to be going bankrupt and was no longer connected with the company nor would he be in the future. This was about 12 months ago and since then I have seen him numerous times and as I pass he sticks two fingers up.

When I first contacted him by phone, he ranted down the phone swearing at me, before putting the phone down. I then attempted to contact him again to let him know that the flashing he had installed was obviously not working as I had water streaming down the chimney. He had a couldn’t care less attitude and when I requested that he come and see me to sort it out he again put the phone down. This individual was apparently taking over the business and that the previous owner was soon to be going bankrupt and was no longer connected with the company nor would he be in the future. This was over a ago and obviously a complete lie as since then I have seen him numerous times and as I pass he sticks two fingers up.

ONCE AGAIN, IF FACEBOOK IS ANYTHING TO GO BY HE SPECIALISES IN CONNING AND RIPPING OFF ELDERLY PEOPLE!!!
