I have just had 2 large willow trees removed in my back garden by local tree works , I can't thank Dave and his team for the efficient and reliable work done by them , a few of my neibours are now in the process of using their services excellent and efficient thanks Dave. John

We recently asked Local Treeworks to price the removal of two large sycamores at the front of the house. Dave gave a verbal (and legally binding) quotation for the work based on his knowledge of the trees (they have done work for us in the past). I gave him trunk diameters over the phone and we spent 2 days removing lighting and our caravan. I took a day off work to ensure they had everything they needed (and to make tea!). When Dave's team arrived they took one look at the trees and said it would cost double the quote. Clearly this wasn't acceptable so they left. Local Treeworks had done work for other homeowners in the village based on our recommendations but our neighbours said they found them unreliable and subsequently used another firm who we will now be using, even though we face a week’s delay. We will not use Local Treeworks again. And we certainly will not be held to ransom no matter how much we need the work done. What price goodwill and reputation?
