I found Mr. Chan very polite which was our first meeting. I made the appointment to check out a tooth where I had toothache, I was prone to having phantom toothaches as I have some nerve damage in my cranial nerves due to an ongoing condition and needed to know if it was to do with my tooth of another phantom toothache. I expected him to take an x-ray of the tooth in question but instead he decided to take x-rays of all of my teeth and in addition gave me a complete overview. I thought Mr. Chan very thorough but did not expect to be kept there for 50 minutes when I only went with an emergency to check out a bad toothache. Did not meet my needs. 13-12-17
