I went to contessa to have a lesson before taking my BHS Stage 4 exam. I have the lesson with the owner.

The lesson started very late with no apology.

The lesson completely stripped me of confidence. I was offered no positive advice or instruction. Indeed I was told I would fail my exam in two weeks. And left in tears. I'm used to taking criticism, that's what I pay for. But this woman tore me apart.

Luckily I had a lesson already booked at Newton Hall with Rossi who managed to undo some of the damage.

Two weeks later I passed my Stage 4 with only positive comments. I'm now a BHSII.

I don't know what possessed this woman to pray on my last minute nerves. But the 1* goes to the horse, and the poor staff that work there.
