This has been the worst store i have ever been to in my life.

As a company who charges a lot of money for clothes should learn basic customer service skills.
The woman who is always in store, speaks in gujrati about customers, and she thinks i dont understand.
No staff member is ever willing to help with an item.

The staff just seem like they want to sit there and do no work.
But yet want us to fork in over £1000 for a dress. Especially for merchandise that has not been looked after.

The staff do not provide any sort of discount for damanged items.

I have never been so disgusted in my life.

Personally working in a store myself, I do not wish to make and future payments.

Disgusting company! Disgusting staff! 07-05-15
