Absolutely shocking DISGRACE OF A COMPANY. I viewed a property and was happy to proceed with an application. I filled out the required forms and all of the information and 2 days later was told by Andrea I had passed all the checks and the house was mine. Andrea sent me her account details for the upfront costs to be transferred including the first months rent. I did this within 2 days and was asked by Andrea to meet at the house to sign a 1 year tenancy agreement. We then agreed a date for the keys handover and Andrea also told me she had contacted the council tax, gas, electric etc to let them know I was the new tenant and my move in date.
3 days before I was due to collect the keys Andrea BREACHED THE TENANCY AGREEMENT we signed and decided to change her mind. The lack of notice has almost caused myself and my 2 infant children to become homeless.
LACK OF RESPECT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.!!
