I am finding it impossible to get any after service from Mayfair. I have been contacting their office since shortly after the job was "finished", nearly six months ago. I have also on two occasions spoken to staff on their display stand at Savacentre. I wonder how they can say that they give any job satisfaction at all?

I wish I had seen the previous review before contracting this company Dec 2015.
Block paved drive, drainage channels have holes bashed in them to allow water to drain away,no proper connection into existing drainage or properly constructed soak away. Double the amount of sand used and not compacted properly,blocks already sinking after 5 weeks, sand just swept over blocks not vibrated in so very little sand between blocks and nothing to harden off and hold them together,drive dipping in the middle, concrete disintegrating where drive meets public footpath, and much more. We have been advised the drive needs relaying.
Owner is an excellent salesman,he employs sub contractors despite saying he employs his own teams,wants you to pay the contractor direct after you have paid the deposit to him,no vat invoice, no proper guarantee. Watch this space

We had our drive installed by Mayfair Drives. The owner, visited us, showed us work from other jobs that Mayfair drives had undertaken, we were pleased with everything we had been shown so proceeded with them. Initially the drive looked stunning, we were really pleased and we even proudly displayed their board for advertising outside our house however, pretty soon, 2 parts of the drive kept sinking in and the owner sent his people to do a few quick fixes but the drive still kept sinking. After a couple of visits the owner showed no interest in rectifying the problem and started ignoring our calls. We are now having to pay another company to rectify the problems at our own expense which is disgusting. You'll be charmed by the owner and he is very quick to take your money but the after care and service does not exist with this company, please do not make the same mistake we did.
