Disgusting service to cancel last minute on me twice. 1st time evening before and 2nd time 1hour before. Took days off work for treatments for me and a friend, attitude on phone is common and unprofessional, wouldn't recommend to anybody if this is how they treat paying clusters, I'm a beauty therapist by trade and understand this industry working in a salon myself. Staff need to be more professional and more organised!
