Well we’re do i a start.
I phoned and asked for a chiropodist for my daughter.
I prompted the secretary to tell me about treatments and costings.
Information given reluctantly.
Came to the appointment and he tried to charge me £33 for a 20 minutes consultation, were he waffled out verbally tosh about veruccas for 20 minutes and then said, well of course I can’t treat her as we don’t do that treatment here. And you cannot expect me to rattle and shake a machine that’s worth thousands of pounds all the way here. But of course you can go somewhere else and pay the consultation fee again and gave the treatment there.
I was embarrassed and compromised and made to squirm and feel awkward!
I refused to pay the £33. And eventually he unlocked the front door and let us out. 14-02-20
