In our experience and opinion, we have spent a lot of money on eye tests and contact lens tests at Vision Express in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and would like to say that we were pretty disgusted with the incompetencies and very poor customer service we received from them. Rude staff, extremely rude opticians. Completely messed up our prescriptions. On several occasions we returned to have the problem rectified and this was not achieved. Saw two different opticians on several occasions and they still could not get it right! They’re fine to take your money but deliver very poor quality service and their staff will either ignore you or act resentfully towards you. We were extremely disappointed in their lack of care and lack of providing a quality competent service after all we are the paying customer! In our opinion, they definitely do not tick all the boxes!
All in all we do not recommend them nor will we ever be using Vision Express in Mansfield again!
