We feel Cadmonkies lacks integrity. Once the plans were drawn up it took Cadmonkies 3.5 months to submit the planning application despite saying it would be done once paid. We asked about the progress of the application on 2 separate occasions, and was told Cadmonkies would chase this up with the Planning Department, which is odd as it had NOT EVEN been submitted at this stage. When Cadmonkies was confronted on the delay the response was to withdraw the application. This has been a very unpleasant experience for our family, and we feel cheated. Time to start again with a 6 month delay - NOT a happy customer!

Do not use. Awful service
Initially all talk about how supportive he will be throughout the build
Then he submitted plans eventually after me contacting him for an update 4 weeks later when the council had not received anything
He then changed the plans without discussion as the originals were not granted ??? Not that he told us this
Once planning was granted he was not interested at all.
Was blunt in his emails and used poor excuses for his lack of support
I have since learned from others that they had experienced the same.
He has a poor reputation with builders and other local architects take on a lot of his disappointed customers
I have been ripped off. But all I can do is warn others. I am shocked there are no reviews
