A no show because they could not park, although ample of parking only 100m away!

I had arranged a Saturday appointment with them at 12 noon to repair my oven, and so rushed back with my 2 young daughters to meet them, only to be told that they could not park the van. I offered to help carry their tools from local car park but they refused on the basis that my solution was overly time consuming. I live in a flat above a store but I have never ever experienced this issue before and have had many tradesman over in the previous few months alone. I also had to ring them to find out that they had left the area. Did not even have the decency to inform me that they were not coming to the property.
