I am so thankful to have found Bright side!, in Sturminster Marshall.
I could see no way out, was desperately low and needed "Anything! as a last resort!" Frances was so friendly and welcoming, encouraging and caring, I was able to get a load off my chest and shoulders, feeling amazingly light and calm when I left. I was given Kinesiology and Reiki which Frances said would reach the root of the problem and help calm me and help me see clearly my options. I am continueing treatment , but only as a three monthly top up now.
