I brought my mother in to this opticians for an eye test & to purchase a pair of glasses. First thing to happen that I thought was very unprofessional But fortunately for her the woman/optician did not say it in front of me or I would have had words with her there & then. She told my mother that she should not listen to me & let me tell her what to do. NONE OF HER BUSINESS!! HOW DARE SHE!!. It so happens my mother has onset dimentia. & then when my mother said she would like some glasses with some color,every pair of frames i picked out did not work according to this woman & we finally picked the pair that this woman said were rite for her.

In retrospect having walked by a couple of other opticians in Cheltenham after this event I wished I had heard her as we would have left the store. The other reason being i think the selection in this store is appalling in comparison to what I saw in other opticians in Cheltenham. 31-01-15
