I ordered a 001 taxi from Shrewsbury to go to the centre of Telford on New Year's eve, and to return later in the night. Our house is difficult to find, but the driver (Tim) arrived on time, called when close, and followed my directions.
He was polite and friendly, drove well, and left us his mobile number to book the return journey at a convenient time. We left the club earlier than expected, but Tim came back for us, and was waiting outside as arranged. An excellent service, and the best price we were quoted - even with the well deserved tip we gave.
Based on my experience I would certainly use them again.
