Car grossly misdescribed.There were problems with the gearbox and other problems reported within 7 days of purchase.
Dealer said they would deal with gearbox only but I would have to get cat to them at my expense (250 Miles)despite the fact that consumer rights state that they have to either pay to get it back,pay for me to get repairs done,come and get it.
The alternative is for me to ask for money back in full.
They have refused on all counts and are spitting on my Consumer rights.The car was grossly mis described and was not first for purpose as I specifically asked them to check.
BEWARE OF THIS DEALER.YOU MAY AS WELL GO PRIVATE AS IT WILL BE THE SAME RISK FOR LESS MONEY 21-06-14
