Not happy at all with the treatment I received on Monday at Blackheath BMI hospital, my toenails were cut far too short and are uncomfortable in shoes other than sandals. One of my toes was cut and bleeding and is now very sore. Not a good experience and a waste of my money. No assessment was made of my ankles at all.
