We have recently had works done by DGS UK Ltd for RC Ground Beams. This company is absolute shambles. They only have one person who knows anything about groundworks and towards the end of our contract he left. The person who took over knew bare minimal about anything to do with piling, underpinning and ground works. They subcontract work out to an excellent team who complete good work. But DGS UK Ltd, who are not even present on site, will try to charge you at every turn for any extra works, even if they were included in the original contract. They do not stand by their word and are just a money making exploiter of everyone, customers and employees. Their office team is the rudest i have ever come across, and are not of any help especially after payment has been made. I would rather pay double the price than use this company ever again. You are a very brave person, who does not value customer service if you use this company.
