We phoned up early morning a few days ago to arrange for our old car to be collected for scraping the manager arranged for it to be picked up same day at 4pm so cancelled other arraignment s so we could be in waiting only for them not to turn up so we phone up and no one answers finally after several times someone answers but knew nthing of the arrangment said he would phone his manger and phone us straight back but he didnt. Next morning we phone them back up and gave our details again an said he would phone manager and phone is straight back but he didn't so if your thinking of scraping your car with this company they don't offer you lowest price ever and you would be waiting forever as they will not turn up biggest waste of our time crap customer service no courtesy call to let us know they wasnt going to come still to this day can't get through to the manager avoid at all cost 07-06-14
