Where do i start? Purchased an item via Ebay and was told item had been dispatched on the Monday, 4 days later and still no item despite being told it was 24hr delivery via Royal Mail, Tracking stated throughout this time that item had just bbeen advised, I contacted Royal Mail and they stated that although the customer had booked a collection they had not yet recieved my item and in actual fact had not left the shop at all!! Despite this the seller blamed Royal mail claiming that it had been sent, Royal Mail completely disputed this!! Have had to go through Ebay to get my money back!! Absolute liars and would 100% avoid at all costs!

Regarding imax fishing bib and brace . I have contacted the Darlington branch on numerous occasions to enquire the waist size . Each time been told someone will get back to me . No one has done so , would never buy from them , there customer service diabolical

Scammers and crooks, avoid this company ! They reply using an eBay link but are impossible to contact. I am in the process of getting monies returned via my credit card company and reporting to Trading Standards.

Hi got a rod off them this month second section was damaged told to return for replacement got replacement no bother and sent in rod tube all good 👍

This company is scammers. They put the item up for auction, then they raise the price themselves, they have several accounts on E-bay to get the highest amount possible, the item will not sell, they list or submit an offer .... I checked and watched their auctions for over 3 months and it is they keep bidding on the same accounts and pushing the price up to keep it higher, but they think that there is no way to check which accounts they are, they are very wrong .... It's best not to bid and not be cheated. I do not recommend this company !!!!

Do not buy off of them through eBay.
I bought a faulty rod which they will not help with a return.
They vaguely reply with no help. I’m left with a £90 rod that is broken and they will not return.
Posted through fed ex which you need 20 packages to send domestically.
Absolute con artist who have no customer values

Thieves liars and conmen
Stay away from this company if you value any kind of quality service or even simpler if you don’t want to end up out of pocket with no goods and cash paid . Endless promises of delivery nothing but lies and now they don’t even respond to emails asking for updates and don't try calling as none of their listed numbers work
Months of waiting now I’ve had to go to Trading Standards this company should be taken to task now I’ve done some looking into reviews I’m not alone
Stay away from them they are scum
