I would give Vision Express no stars if I could. I booked an appointment for my two yearly eye test. I arrived five minutes before my appointment and stood at the front desk, one member of staff was dealing with a couple, but made no attempt to say anything to me although she had obviously registered my presence, 10 minutes later (five minutes after my appointment) another member of staff emerged from a back room carrying a tray of mugs and went into another back room. At this point I left. Customer service: non-existent 12-05-15
