Wasps are a really unwanted nuisance when trying to sleep and was getting to my wits end.Just moved to the area and didn't know who turn to until a local resident informed me of this company that she had used.So I rang the number gave to me and spoke to a gentleman from extermin the vermin.The service offered was financially competitive to myself and so undertook their service.I found them really helpful,knowledgeable and willing to guide me through what they were doing.Thanks to this company I'm sleeping like a baby now.

I had been having trouble with an infestation of rats and with a family pet and two young children was undecided how to approach my problem?A family friend recommended extermin the vermin,whom gave me reassurance on the best method to deal with my problem at hand,taking in mind my children and family dog.The service and guidance received was second to none.I felt that they went out of their way to resolve my problem and would recommend this company to others.

we had a bad rat infestation and this company was very professional and got rid of all my rats i would definitely use this company again and i would definitely recommend them to a friend.

We requested help with a Squirrel problem in our attic. They came out and gave a very reasonable quotation for the work. Alarm bells started ringing when they had trouble even setting up the ladder properly to go up into the loft space. They left 3 baited traps and we said we would monitor them and they would be in touch. They also agreed to fill any access holes the squirrels had made as part of the quotation. After a week and no sign of any response we rang them and they tried to get us to leave them up there for several weeks more. After being left with the traps up there for almost four weeks with no success (and half the loft insulation moved which made the house very cold) we had to angrily ring them to come and put everything back and to fill the holes they had agreed to do. They were still making excuses as to why they could not come out even after all of this. Sadly they were full of excuses as to why they had not made contact with us whatsoever and why they had not been out. This company has ZERO customer service and is full of excuses and fairy stories. Aside from the fact they were reasonably cheap (and unfortunately it showed), there is nothing redeeming to say about them. We still have the problem and just had four more weeks worth of damage to contend with. You get what you pay for, I highly recommend giving this company a very wide berth and paying a proper company for your pest control needs. I regret the day I called them and will certainly never use them again and will be letting other people I know the same.
