Seemed like a nice genuine tradesman until we started to encounter issues. From day one the door seal on the bottom was rubbing against the threshold suggesting something wasn't level but Chris brushed it off by stating it would settle in the next few weeks resulting in the door operating normally.

With the door no better weeks later (the rubber seal had been pulled off by now due to the way it was rubbing) I contacted Chris who came out and adjusted the door, believing it would resolve the issue but at the same time suggested we should contact him again if it needed further adjustments.

As before the rubber seal began to pull off from the door I therefore called Chris but after many calls the issue remains with Chris agreeing to visit on two different occasions but failing to attend.

I'm now being told a call out charge will apply even though the issue relates to the way it was installed in the first place. The door is less than 7 months old and within 1 year installation warranty.
