We instructed AW Debt Collection to collect a very large debt for us and ended up paying them over £5000 and still no debt collected. They are operating a total scam. They do not answer their phone but constantly e-mail asking for continual payments to be made but will show no evidence of what they have done (this is because in reality they have done absolutely nothing!!. Actually got Anthony White to call me back and when he didn't like me questioning him, got extremely agitated and abusive. We requested a full refund which he said he would give if we paid him another £1200!!. We have not heard from him since but have reported him to Trading Standards and the police. He is basically a thief and a criminal.

Utter joke and scammer!! Does not even attempt to collect but keeps taking money and lies to customers. Do not even give this company or the individual the time of day! Took £125 and wanted more once he apparently collected the debt, then contacted me three weeks later asking if I still wanted the debt collected. I hope he gets what he deserves.

We contacted AW Debt Collection LTD as they are a local company who we thought we could trust. How wrong was we!
We instructed Anthony White to collect outstanding payment on our behalf. We was happy to pay the initial £80 fee. After this fee was paid, we did not hear back for a very long time. We constantly had to chase for updates and finally, after 12 weeks, was told (no evidence provided) that collection had been made and that we had to pay another £80.
Invoices were given each time, which looked legitimate. Now after 6 months, Anthony has not been in contact with our payment he supposedly had collected. After sending countless text messages and emails, we finally made phone contact only to be rudely spoken to for no reason!
The service offered by AW Debt Collection LTD has been poor, slow, rude, frustrating, disappointing, unprofessional and pointless.
We have been in contact with our local Trading Standards office who are now investigating AW Debt Collection LTD.
