Unfortunately, I can not recommend them, they have too dismissive approach to the customer. I asked them by e-mail for a repair quote giving a description of the problem, pictures, make and model, then the next day they wrote back asking for the same data ignoring what I wrote earlier. I wrote them that it was stupid and unprofessional and thanked them, after which a certain Chris started accusing me of a rude phone call while I never called them. Probably the same day some disgruntled customer called and I was mistaken for him. In any case, they are very unprofessional and it is better not to leave expensive equipment to them when they themselves do not know what is going on with them and who they are dealing with. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. 21-09-22
