Rainbow fun can be fun for the children. However the place looks a bit dirty. Tables are not cleaned regular after people have sat at them. The workers appear lazy and unfriendly. Unprofessional sitting there altogether on a table eating and drinking what would appear to be on there break. Toilets are a mess, wet and tissue on the floor. Service for tea/coffee or snacks is served with I can not be bothered attuide. Place needs a shake up.

The equipment has been well refurbished since the last owners as has the environment. Kids have fun here. Management a bit obsessed with unecessary rules and signs are everywhere. Shoes, including adults, to be left in reception, a list of do and don't as you come in, a need to sign in, watch your kids in the toilet and we were told no small teddy to be carried by 2 year old child. These are just some of the rules.
