Absolutely awful. I explained clearly what I wanted. I came home from work to find he had done the complete opposite. Despite a number of reasonable requests asking him to redo the fence as originally requested, he has refused. This is despite my wife having given him numerous recommendations in the past. We will never use nor recommend him to anyone again.

Richard and his team fixed my fence a couple of years ago and did a brilliant job, stabilising the existing fencing with concrete strutts. Great job and I am back again to ask him to do another repair job for me.
