Do not use this company. Poor quality I have several large cracks in drive, they do not want to look into this, bad service. I was told they have gone out of business. So much for 20year guarantee

I used this company in July 2013 to have a resin driveway laid. I would definitely NOT recommend them as their after sales care is non existent. I reported a crack which appeared in my drive a month after it was laid and I have made several complaints only to be fobbed off each time . Also my garage door was splashed with resin during the process of having the drive laid. I reported this at this same time as I reported the crack and was told that someone would come out to take a look which they did but a year on no one as addressed these problems.
Just to say that the guarantee is NON EXISTENT and the £50 that they promise to give customers when they recommend a friend is a lie as this does not happen!
During the 30 + calls I've made to this office I have found the office staff to be un interested in my complaint. I am still waiting for these problems to be resolved.

Resinways did my driveway in January. A small crack has appeared. I reported it 2 weeks ago and was told to contact the installation manager and send photos and that they would be in contact. No-one has contacted me. I phoned today and asked for the tel no. and name of the installation manager, this was refused. I was advised that someone would be in contact, but the speaker would/could not give me any further information. The speaker was rude and offhand , and gives the impression that he could not care less. He also refused to give me his name.
