Shoddy workmanship on cellar waterproofing - have had them back twice under warranty and still not fixed. Amateurish and unprofessional organisation - nobody empowered to make any decisions apart from Peter Harrison himself, who seems to be on holiday half the time. Appallingly unresponsive - have to chase them every step of the way. Do not use them!
