Having spent all day removing a radiator and clearing the room and walls as requested, Heritage Preservation have CANCELLED the appointment we have had for 3weeks. They called at 18.15 and were due to arrive first thing tomorrow. They expected us to be grateful for having notified us in advance. There was no thought of compensation and the next available time for them to come is in 3 weeks. The HP man then put the phone down on us. I am appalled. We have paid for a radiator to be removed and HP feel it was acceptable to call us the night before to cancel?
Shocking behaviour by an established firm.
Don't use them. It'll cost you.
