Dont order from here!! I waited 1 hour and 55 minutes yesterday for a plain pizza and chips !! Its a disgrace . Plus the pizza was like a door wedge and just warm. It had probably been lying on the counter for an hour . They either need more delivery drivers or people who know how to run a fast food place. Ideal place to order nice food from is COOKING POT on stanly road . It takes around 15-20 minutes and the food is spot on . If u want to die of starvation phone Ranchers in bootle !! Disgrace . Dosey human beings who need to be closed down

Visited this store around 1pm on a Sunday 2nd March 2014 and was the only customer in the restaurant. Placed an order for around £11 and was asked to take a seat whilst the order was prepared. After around 10 minutes waiting (simple chicken burger/chips order) I noticed the burgers had gone into the bags, then as the girl was preparing the fries the phone rang, then she spent 5 mins on the phone taking an order, she then returned to completing my order, then the phone rang again, so she left my order again to answer, and spent another few minutes taking another phone order. She then returned to bag up my fries and hand the order to me. If you order from here then do it by phone, you will obviously take priority over customers sat waiting. Was shocked by the poor customer service and will not be returning. Food was nice but felt really annoyed on leaving there, needs some customer service improvement!!!
